My Story

I didn't just drop out of my life. I dropped out of me.

In 2019, I walked away from a successful banking sales leadership role. I gave up a reliable income, a life of travel and hotels, and walked away from it all to become a drop-out.

It was a foolish move. I had a family to provide for. Everyone thought I was mad, and maybe I was, but I could see no other option.

I had given everything to my corporate career: first in the office, last to leave, available 24/7. On the outside, I was beating sales records and smashing targets. On the inside, I was dying: anxiety ridden, burned out, unhappy, and living a life of very unhealthy habits.

One day, just before the pandemic, I walked away. To do what, I didn't know, but if I hadn't taken the risk, I would never be where I am today.

That one crazy move, taken out of desperation, led me to become a high-performance transformation coach.

Since then, I've led over two hundred high achieving clients from burnout to living happier, fulfilled, energized lives. I've facilitated mind and body coaching retreats, worked with Mike Chang of Six Pack Shortcuts and Flow60, developing his mind and body transformation program, and became the first lead coach to complete his Coaching Academy.

What I teach now is the culmination of 15,000 mind-body coaching sessions, 14 years leading corporate teams across Indonesia, and 16 years as a professional gym trainer.

It took a leap of blind faith and a ton of dedication to get me here. But if I can change my life for the better, from desperate, lost, and unfulfilled to living a life I couldn't even have imagined, so can you.
